Spicy Grilled Chicken with Avocado Salad & Garlic Rice 



A protein-packed, flavorful meal perfect for a balanced diet!



2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili flakes
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp soy sauce or lemon juice

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
½ avocado, diced
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
1 tsp butter
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp salt

¼ cup Greek yogurt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste


In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili flakes, garlic powder, paprika, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Toss sliced chicken in the marinade and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Heat a pan or grill over medium heat and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Mix in cooked rice and season with salt.

In a bowl, combine romaine lettuce, avocado, cherry tomatoes, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Mix Greek yogurt with garlic powder, lemon juice, and salt.

Plate the spicy grilled chicken over the avocado salad.
Add a side of garlic rice and drizzle with yogurt sauce.
