Garlic Steak & Potato Foil Packets

Juicy steak and tender potatoes seasoned with garlic and Italian herbs, all wrapped in foil for a simple, no-mess dinner. Perfect for weeknights or casual gatherings!

Ingredients:

– 2 lbs lean sirloin steak, cut into 2-inch chunks
– 1 lb baby yellow potatoes, quartered
– 1 tbsp minced garlic
– 2 tsp Italian seasoning
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 3 tbsp olive oil
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) if baking.
2. In a large bowl, combine the steak, potatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
3. Lay out four 12×12-inch sheets of aluminum foil. Divide the mixture evenly among them.
4. Fold and seal the edges of each foil sheet tightly to lock in the flavors.
5. Bake in the oven or grill over medium heat for about 20–25 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking and the potatoes are tender.

Tips:

– For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan before sealing the foil.
– Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh green salad for a complete meal.
