Chicken Alfredo with Egg Noodles 


Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 
12 oz egg noodles 
2 tbsp olive oil 
3 cloves garlic, minced 
1 cup heavy cream 
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 
1 tbsp butter 
Salt & pepper to taste 
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 
Instructions:
Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside.
Boil the noodles: Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Make the Alfredo sauce: In the same pan, melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella, and cook until the sauce thickens.
Combine everything: Slice the chicken into strips. Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and toss to coat. Add the sliced chicken on top.
Serve and garnish: Serve your chicken Alfredo on a plate, garnish with fresh parsley, and enjoy!
