For the Chicken:
2 boneless chicken breasts, cubed 

2 tbsp olive oil 

1 tbsp butter 

2 cloves garlic, minced 

1 tsp smoked paprika 

1/2 tsp dried oregano 

Salt & pepper to taste 

1 tbsp honey
(optional)

For the Pasta:
200g penne pasta 

1 tbsp butter 

2 cloves garlic, minced 

1 cup heavy cream 

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 

1/2 tsp black pepper 

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 


Cook the pasta: Boil the penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the chicken: Heat olive oil in a pan, add cubed chicken, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes until golden. Add butter, garlic, and honey, cooking for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
Make the sauce: In the same pan, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan, and stir until smooth. Season with black pepper.
Combine & Serve: Toss pasta into the sauce, mix well, and plate with the garlic butter chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
