Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chocolate Cake Base:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line the bottom of a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Once the cake is completely cool, slice it in half horizontally to create two layers.
Place one layer of the cake at the bottom of a springform pan (or a cake ring). If using a cake ring, ensure it’s lined with acetate strips for easy removal later.
Spread the white chocolate mousse evenly over the first layer of cake. Smooth out with a spatula.
Add the second layer of cake on top of the mousse.
Spread the milk chocolate mousse evenly over the second layer of cake.
