Cinnamon Sugar Bread

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240ml) buttermilk
  • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
Cinnamon-Sugar Coating:
  • ⅓ cup (65g) sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and coat it with a bit of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
2️⃣ In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
3️⃣ Stir in buttermilk, then gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.
4️⃣ Pour batter into the pan and generously sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar on top.
5️⃣ Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6️⃣ Let it cool before slicing. Enjoy! 😍
